Captains will be responsible for total customer satisfaction by courteously greeting customers and promptly escorting them, gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest services, ensure timely food pickup and delivery, maintain SOP, table-setting, order-taking.
Requirements
  • 12+
  • At least 2 - 3 years of service experience in Fine Dine Restaurant
  • Good oral / written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Well groomed with positive attitude and passion for customer service
